We receive hundreds of letters every week and divide them into several groups according to their topics. After that they have to be shortened and inserted into the page. When we have a separate site for each group of letters, it reduces amount of possible mistakes.
Also it's quite obvious that keeping information in different places is much safer for us and our clients. The possibility of losing data is minimal.
As for the new site usability, it has been improved considerably.
