Hello to everyone at Anastasia in the Flower Delivery Department!! First, I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to you and your staff for such great work! I did notice this morning that my request was not filled, and I had plans for contacting you for an explanation. But, to my amazement, you responded to me before I had the chance to even write! You noticed that my request was not filled, and made sure that this won't happen again in the future! Incredible! I am very gracious for your outstanding work, and attention to detail! I am greatly impressed with the Customer Service Department here, and I will have no problem using these services again in the future!! I am confident that my request will be taken note of next time, and the request will be filled fully and accordingly. ...Also, I do not think that I will need anyone to explain what happened to Marina, as I would like to surprise her in the future! Yellow is her favorite color, and I know she will be greatly impressed if I send her yellow roses, or even a multi-colored assortment next time!
