I like most of the improvements you have made to your site with one exception. Printing letters in very inconsistent. Sometimes the ladies' picture does not print even when it is displayed under print preview. The process to print a letter is more complex. In the past, with a letter open, you went to the file: print command and your letter was printed. Now you have to hit the print button, a separate window opens, then you go to file: print, then you have to close this extra window. Plus as I said, the picture does not always print, this is a big hassle in trying to keep the letters and profiles straight in my personnal folders. This may sound like nit-picking but my job is to make a users' interaction with databases smooth and seemless, for your site it is outstanding except for this change.
