Hello.. I have been a member for 1 - 2 years I think. I have for a long time suspected the Anastasiaweb pages to have an unknown error, and well Now I am so sure that Im writing anastasia support. The problem is that I have just bough 16 credits the other day. I have only opened two letters and now it says that I have 13 credits avaliable ???? I have noticed this many times during all the purchases that I have made during my time as a member. It is expensive to write letters ect. but Im not really interested in not getting what im paying for. Could you please have a look at the problem. Els thankyou for some great and serious pages, the best site on the net. The rest is just waste of time to be honest. With best regards Peder, Denmark.
