You and your staff all have been every good to me and I appreciate that.:-) But I have one more issue that I have just noticed. There was a double billing in my banking statement on the flowers I sent to Elena. Would you please look into this for me? Can you apply the extra money to letter writing time for me? I think this would make it easier to rectify. This is probably why the bank would not let me purchase anymore letter writing time the other day from your company. I would love to continue writing so if you would do that I would greatly appreciated it.
