Hi. It's good to see that your tech people are making your website even more helpful and easy to use. One change I noticed was to the way in which a lady's proficiency in English was described (there is no more E2, E3, etc), but in the case of the ladies with whom I regularly correspond, there seems to be no relationship between "grades" before and after the change. Despite some of them being graded E3, all are now "Basic". Which evaluation should I believe? Thanks for your great service. Martin
