To the manager of the Moscow office and for forwarding to the U.S. office: I wish to say that I am very impressed by the excellent customer service provided to me by Olga, from the Moscow office! She has gone out of her way to assist me, even going the extra distance to arrange for my letters to my friend Valentina to be forwarded to her while she was away for 5 months on business. She is a credit to your company, and deserves to be thanked by management for this. She was compassionate to my situation and made special arrangements to see that my needs as a customer were met.
