I messed up several times on putting the 3 digit security number from the back of my card into your system. Unfortunately my card company requires a telephone number of your customer support to get my money put back into my account, so I can purchase more credits.. I am sorry to inconvienence you with this problem. I used your agency when you first started, you guys do a great job! One small thing that would be nice, as I know it bothers me a bit. If you had a few prepared messages, such as "I am sorry, I don't believe we are compatable", or something like this, to answer ladies I would not correspond with it would be nice. I feel horrible that I could not afford to answer all of them, and that they may be waiting for a response. Other than that, like I said. you people are the best as far as I am concerned.
