Dear Anastasiaweb International, approximately 14 months ago I started emailing lady in Southern Russia. It was all quite by accident that I came across Anastasiaweb and the lady's profile on the Internet one evening. But over the months of email writing and occasional phone calls, I realized that she was a very special, kind, and loving person. Her name is Tatyana and she has an 8 year old daughter, Valya.
 I never thought that we would actually meet, as it is very difficult for Russian citizens to get visas for the U.S. and I never dreamed of traveling to Russia. Yet, for some reason it came to pass that everything required for such a trip worked out and I left for Moscow on September 9th. Tatyana then flew to Moscow on September 12th to meet me, and from our first meeting it was obvious that our lives were going to change. We spent 6 great days in Moscow touring the sites and getting to know each other. Moscow, Red Square and the Kremlin were beautiful places to visit.
On September 16th, Tatyana and I flew on Aeroflot to her home city called Rostov-on-Don. It is about 1,000 miles south of Moscow. There I met her beautiful daughter and her parents. I lived with them in their small apartment for five days before beginning my long journey home. Although times in Russia are tough for most citizens, her parents cooked home meals 3 times a day and were very happy for Tatyana and me. I enjoyed meeting them very much.
Tatyana and I become engaged to be married during my visit. I look forward to her arrival in the United States. I am currently working with an immigration attorney I know to get all the paperwork done so they can be her as soon as possible.
I am planning for Tatyana and Valya to fly direct from Moscow to New York when the time comes. I will of course meet them at JFK when they arrive. There we will spend a few days in New York visiting with relatives before flying to Oregon together.
Anastasiaweb has an excellent program to bring people together from different places around the world. It is a very professional organization and one that obviously works. Thank you for Tatyana and Valya! I look forward to the day when we are living together as a family in my home State of Oregon.
