Anastasiaweb! Thank you very much for helping me find my lifelong partner. After writing many letters, I decided to travel to Moscow and St. Petersburg. I arranged to meet eight ladies, usually allocating one day to each one.

Some would have to travel considerable distances, so it was understandable that only five showed up. All were very nice. Usually we would spend the day seeing churches and museums, and in Moscow we would also walk around Red Square. 

I had planned to spend an evening and all the next day with Julia. My flight from Moscow to St. Petersburg was delayed, and instead of arriving at the hotel at 6:00 p.m., I arrived at 3:30 a.m. Julia had waited for me in the hotel lobby for five hours, then gave up and went home.

The next day I called her. We finally got together; we went for coffee and planned our day. After spending the day together touring St. Petersburg we had supper at the hotel and said good-bye. When I arrived back in Canada I immediately wrote her a letter asking her to marry me. I didn't want to ask her on the phone just in case she didn't understand me. It was almost six w weeks before I got her reply. We have written many letters back and forth since and talked on the phone many times.

I am making arrangements to travel to St. Petersburg in July. We are looking forward to being together once again.
