A friend from Europe recommended trying the internet to meet someone and suggested this site. I was very scepticle of the whole "internet dating thing", but I gave it a try. I can honestly tell you that I was not dissapointed.
I decided to put my profile on your site in early October 2005. I had spotted someone that I was very interested in. As soon as my profile went on line, she contacted me. I had not yet sent one letter and didnt even have my photo on my profile yet!
The rest is history. We have been in constant contact. I spent a week during the Spring in her city of Nizhniy Novgorod and met with her and her family. Then we both spent a terrific week together this Summer in Germany.
We are now applying for a K-1 visa and hope to be married soon.
