On my St. Petersburg tour, all the staff was very professional. The briefing gave us useful information and was generally efficient and helpful. The Hospitality Center staff was delightful to work with. I am very pleased with their patience and determination to assist me in making my stay productive and enjoyable. It was truly the most wonderful vacation Ive had. I will return soon to visit the most interesting woman Ive ever met. The people of St. Petersburg and the city itself are marvelous.
