I have to say that I’m very happy and completely satisfied with the service that your company provides. At the beginning I was afraid that all the pictures that I saw in your Web Site didn’t correspond to real women, and all the operation was just an illusion to make money. But once that I was in Kiev and meet Snejana by your agency, I then knew that all the ladies in your Web site are REAL WOMEN, not just pretty pictures. When I put my profile I was amused by the number of ladies that were interested in getting to know me, it was almost unreal, maybe I got more than 500 different request and of course that was very appealing to me. Once that I started to have communication with some of them, I realize that not all the ladies were looking for the same, and some of them are just playing to see if they can get someone extremely special, this goes for the very young ones in particular. But the vast majority I think that are honest and want to find a husband from other country. The service that you provide is excellent and very easy to follow, by making a translation from English to Russian or Ukrainian, and with the latest improvement on letting us send a picture with every e-mail, the communication is very easy to achieve. This has a down side, because the system didn’t show how much capabilities has the lady to communicate in English. The possibility to make a phone call with the aid of an interpreter is also a big help and it is at a reasonable price. I found two things in your service that I think you can upgraded: First is the quality of the maps that are in your website. It’s very hard to see the location a lady living in a small town, maybe you can use maps for different regions in Ukraine and Russia, instead of just one single map for all the ladies. The second thing I will upgrade is the rating in the ability of speaking English of the ladies. I found that a lady speaking at level 3 can barely communicate in English (now I’m going to take Russian lessons to avoid this problem). Maybe you should test the ladies in their ability to speak a foreign language more precisely. I have to add one more comment to this. It happened to me more than 2 times. When having communication with ladies in your website, suddenly and without any warning the profile of the lady disappeared and I was not able to contact them further. Just to knew what has happened. You can tell the ladies that they should warn the men they are having communication with. That they are leaving the agency services and no longer could them be contacted. When I went to Ukraine, I was expecting to meet 3 women, but once in Kiev, I couldn’t contact 2 of them, living in another cities; One in Nikolaev, and the other in Kherson. This was very frustating to me, because I was completely helpless, but I decide to concentrate on knowing the lady from Kiev instead on trying to meet women that didn’t want to contact me once I was in Ukraine. The lady that I meet is completely wonderful to my eyes, and in this first trip we could see that we can have a chance to become a couple, with more visits from my part and more time to spend together. I asked you to put my profile away because I’ll focus on making a relationship with this lady. But if in the future, my starting relationship wouldn’t work.
