Thank you for the complimentary Tour Video. If you value customer feedback, I must say that this video is by far the best I've seen since I've been dealing with your company.
It is so well done in fact, that I believe the best you could do in the future is to attempt to equal it, not surpass it.
It is "class" from start to finish.
It was nice to see David and Elena. I enjoyed the clients' testimonials (the high caliber of the clients was apparent.) I also enjoyed the scenes from the sight-seeing tours (the onion domed buildings and the city square) as Russia is a place rich in history and culture.
The female that narrated the video also had a very sweet voice.
I will most likely be taking one of your tours in the future. I see by the latest catalog that your tour now extend into December (good).
I must however, coordinate my trip with Mariana (the woman I correspond with.)
Out of the 12 women that I have tried to contact, she was the only one that wrote back. As a man of integrity, that must count for something, and meeting her will always remain a priority.
I will contact you well in advance of scheduling my trip.
Please inform me of what preparations I must make in order to make the trip (passports, etc.) as I have never left the country.
